In our society owning slaves as chattel or property is illegal—and I believe properly so since it implies that a person can be forced into or kept in slavery without a choice. The "slave" we consider here is a person who has willingly submitted to a Master with full knowledge and understanding of the lifestyle that is entailed. Many people "in the scene" don't think these contracts are necessary. Others prefer a verbal agreement between the Master and the slave to establish the ground rules of the relationship. It should really be up to the participants if the agreement is in writing, but agreement is necessary if the relationship is to be a long-term one. Such "contracts" are not legally binding on either party.
These samples have been gathered from many different sources and should be modified to suit your particular situation.
